Beth, the B in B's Fiesta Kitchen is such a wonderful restaurant owner! She gets out and talks to her customers, took the time to learn all six of our names and made sure to say goodbye to us when we left. The food was delicious, I had the shrimp burrito: enchilada style. The Mexican pizza was also ordered by someone in my group and looked excellent! The chips we're crispy with just the right amount of salt and not greasy at all! I am so impressed by this friendly restaurant that I can't wait to tell everyone I know to give it a try. It is also part bar but we did not get any drinks today. The parking is convenient and it is a kid friendly location.

Despite how cheap and mediocre this place looks from the street, it's not cheap or mediocre. It IS good and worth the price. The people are also ridiculously nice. The portions are slightly below what I'd expect for the money but it's just so good. Not bad mixed drinks either. If they gave you a little more of it then it'd be perfect.

The Food is Amazing! Their burger could use a little more flavor, even when it's well done, they should serve it without pressing it flat. Second time I been there. They serve two salsas but they should add a third salsa that has more heat. They should shorten their menu, way too much to choose from, too much inventory leads to harder to keep up with expiration dates like the first bottle of mustard that was first served. I brought it to their attention and the waitress brought a bottle of mustard in date. I didn't ask but when's the last time they rotated the craft beers, or even add more craft beers to their menu? Every restaurant that serves beer, should rotate or add craft beers while keeping the domestic and imported beers in stock. They serve hard liquor as well, you want a double shot of Jack and Coke, they're happy to serve but it concerns me of over pour. I want to see this restaurant succeed and I hope the owner reads this review. If you're a fan of the TV show Cheers and you've been to this restaurant or plan on going, reply to this review and let me know if you think their inside lights remind you in a way of the TV show.
